Every product we have published from our other sources is under license CC Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which you can use for your personal use, including non-commercial. Comply with these terms:- Footer Credits shouldn’t be removed.
- Our products shouldn’t be misused or redesigned for re-selling motives.
- You shouldn’t break any suitable laws and regulations with our products.
3. Free License
The products that we have published are also available with the free versions but comply with these terms:- Removing the footer credit is strictly prohibited.
- Only essential technical support is available.
- In future updates, you will get a little delay.
If we find anybody removing or hiding the footer credit from the free version, then we will put the sanction for breaching copyright DMCA for our license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) protected products.
4. Premium License
The purchased products should be used for personal, not for commercial use. The unique identification license key is non-transferable and should be used for technical support and future updates. You should comply with the below terms:- No permission for reselling our products.
- No permission for distribution of premium products.
- Do not misuse or redesign our premium products for re-selling.
For those who do not comply with our above terms, We have the right to cancel your premium license, by which you will not receive any future updates. Also, we will put DMCA copyright action in place.
5. Delivery
We have used Gumroad.com as our payment processor. This company delivers all the products through its cloud/email method.6. Updates
You can easily access your Gumroad account, allowing you to update and download your premium products anytime. To do so, visit our update page.7. Support
We provide a support system that is more advanced and faster through our social media platforms (like WhatsApp and Skype) and Contact Us page, which is easy and convenient.- You will get only 12 months of support for premium tasks.
- We provide lifetime support for technical bugs.
- Only basic customization is allowed in premium products.
- There is no support for free version products.
8. Returns and Refunds
Those users who are unsatisfied with our premium products used for the website will get a 30-day full refund without any questions directly. We will deposit a refund using your original payment method with a simple process. Here are the rules to comply with a refund:- We will inform you through email for refund approval.
- The refund will be deposited to your original payment route.
- Your license will be canceled; you will not get any updates or support
- The user cannot use our products after getting a refund.
The facility that we provide has constantly been improved and enhanced further. You need to bring up the motive of the refund regarding the unhappiness obstacle you faced with our product, and we will be happy to resolve it.
9. Affiliate Terms
We use the Gumroad payment platform for our affiliate program, which will approve only those affiliate requests to follow below terms:- You need to show the traffic source by which you can promote our products.
- The affiliate link cannot be used to purchase products.
- Gumroad releases payout by default every Friday (not on 1st weekend).
