1.1. What is Blogger.com?
Blogger is an online CMS platform managed and controlled by Google. You can write and publish articles here for free. Originally, Blogger was launched by Pyra Labs. 1.2. What is a Blogger Template?
A blogger template is a design file with a piece and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. It is used only on blogger.com to write articles or create a professional website.
1.3. Can I use BTO Themes in WordPress?
Sorry, we only provide blogger.com platform templates; you cannot use our templates on any other platform like WordPress/Wix.
2. License Questions
2.1. What is a License Key?
The license key is a unique identification code automatically generated for every user. The license key is only used to verify that you are a premium customer and for support purposes.
2.2. Where can I find my license key?
You can easily find your license key from your dashboard. Go to Gumroad.com > Library > Your products. You can contact us if you're not able to see it.
2.3. Can I remove the footer credits in the free version?
No, you cannot remove footer credit from our free version templates. It's prohibited and strictly under law CC 3.0 attribution, DMCA copyright action to your website.
2.4. What is the difference between free and premium licenses?
The premium template provides full advanced premium features, plug-ins, shortcuts, 12 months of technical support, and Unlimited updates. At the same time, you cannot get any of these features in the free version.
2.5. How do you activate the license key?
There is no need to activate the license key. It is only used for verification of your products and technical support.
3. Commons Issues
3.1. Why can’t I install or upload the template?
If you cannot install the template, please visit our documentation link in the template posts. We have explained multiple steps to install the template easily on your blogger dashboard.
3.2. I have 10+ posts, but only five are on the homepage. Why?
If you have sufficient posts on your blogger dashboard, but your website only shows 2 or 3 posts, the issue happened due to the blogger’s 1 MB limitation. This means your posts have too many HTML codes or junk data created by copy-paste. Either insert a page jump break or use Clear text format to delete junk data created in your posts.
Use Clear Text Format Method
1: Go to Blogger > Open Posts.
2: Then Select all the text.
3: Tap on Clear Formatting 
4: Done! Save the post.
Note: Your changes will be lost after applying “Clear Formatting” to your posts. To save your changes, use our Notepad Editor Tool; read more about how this tool can help you.
Use Jump Page Break
1: Go to Blogger > Open Posts.
2: Then, put the cursor below the first paragraph.
3: Then, Tap on Insert Jump Break 
4: Done! Save the post.
3.3. Why is the free version template automatically redirected to another website?
If you remove our website and footer credit from the free-version template, your website will automatically be redirected to our official store. Please do not remove our website from the free version of the templates.
4. Support Questions
4.1. How do I get the new update for my template?
You will be notified by email here whenever there is any new update. You can also get your update or template file anytime through this procedure.
4.2. Why are my ads not showing on your template?
Whenever we change a template, Google takes time to show your ads on your website. Hold for more than 48 hours and try to open your website through a different device.
4.3. Why are only 2 posts showing on the popular post gadget?
The blogger defaults popular posts and only shows your posts if they have enough views from users, so please get more views on your post to show it properly on your website.
4.4. How do we show category-wise posts on the homepage?
We have explained this very well in our documentation for installing the full features of your template. Visit the documentation of the template.
5. Payment Questions
5.1. Why is the template not received after payment?
When your payment is successful, the template file will be delivered to your email, and you will also receive login access to your dashboard Gumroad, where you can download the template file anytime.
5.2. Why were my debit cards rejected on your website?
Our payment gateway supports all types of debit/credit cards; if your card is not working, please try to use any other card from your friends or relatives.
5.3. How do I pay using other sources? (e.g., Crypto, Bank Transfer, Paypal, etc.)
